Discrimination, intimidation, racism & violation of human rights‏

"I am nor satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor for the limited period as stated by you. There are discrepancies between what you and your sponsor are saying and she claims not to be expecting you. Furthermore you are vague as to when you have return to work and what you actually do for a living. I therefore refuse you leave to enter the United Kingdom."

These are exact words (typo error included) used to "deport" a Malaysian on 17 March 2007

1)Is having CASH - Euro 445 and GBP 430 plus 2 credit cards with credit availability of RM 23,000.00 not enough for a 9 week back-packing holiday?

2) Is there a need for a genuine tourist to have a sponsor? what for, why? he is financially equipt.

3) UK Immigration claimed that his Aunt did not know him.
This "British" Aunt (the mother's sister) visited Malaysia and stayed in his house with the family

4) His employment details were clearly stated in writing in the papers he was carrying

5) UK Immigration fingerprint his 10 fingers and put him on the next available flight back to Malaysia

Can someone tell me whether this is discrimination, intimidation, racism or violation of human rights.

Wisma Putra was NOT allowed to see this Malaysian!! He share the same surname as me, he is my brother.
